1. Introduction

along with the potential use of any information Pinnacle Docs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us")
gathers via pinnacledocs.com, our mobile applications (if any), and other submissions by you, the
Customer ("Customer," "You," or "Your"). Our Services consist of an all-in-one SaaS platform designed for
Transaction Coordinators to manage real-estate and creative-finance transactions, including a secure
portal for project parties to log in, review and manage information (addresses, phone numbers, operating
agreements, articles of incorporation, contracts, and other documents), contract generation, in-app
communication, file storage, team management, and e-signature integration (via DocuSign).
When You use the Site and Services, You consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
If You do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, including having Your personally
identifiable information ("Personal Information" as defined below) or User Content used in any of the
ways described, You may not be able to use our Site and Services or certain parts or features. Pinnacle
Docs, Inc. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. You remain responsible
for reviewing the Privacy Policy for any changes each time You use the Site and Services. Continued use
after an update signifies Your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.

Pinnacle Docs, Inc. collects data and information in different ways, including but not limited to voluntary
submissions, participation in services, and tracking technology.

This allows us to improve the Site and Services and optimize offers.

aggregated, or identifiable form as needed to enhance our contract-generation, data-entry, and
workflow features.

We only disclose Personal Information or User Content under the following conditions:
• With Your consent
• To fulfill service requests (e.g., sharing contract data with DocuSign for e-signatures or with title
companies as directed)

• To service providers assisting with website/platform maintenance, cloud hosting, data analysis,
e-signature processing, payment processing (if applicable), or communication processing—under
strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements that prohibit them from using the data for
any purpose other than providing services to us
• In connection with a sale, merger, or acquisition of our businessWe do not share Your Personal Information or User Content with third parties for their independent use
or marketing. Before sharing, agreements are made to protect data security. Pinnacle Docs, Inc. does not
control third parties and encourages You to review their privacy policies.

Personal Information and User Content are stored within secure databases controlled by Pinnacle Docs,
Inc. or trusted third-party providers. We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, access
controls, etc.) to protect data. However, no online transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
Personal Information and User Content may only be accessed by:
• Authorized personnel within our company
• Third-party service providers under confidentiality and data-processing agreements
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill service obligations, train AI models (where
consented), or comply with legal requirements.
